    xē'suelen nyahyan, hello everyone,

Last week saw the return of Pirate Week, putting the lawless side of the 'verse back in the spotlight. Alongside this year's festivities, a golden Pirate Week 2026 doubloon is waiting to be claimed by those clever enough to crack the code. Keep a sharp eye on Spectrum, our newsletters, and social channels while the Pirate Week flag flies, as you'll need to piece together the clues to uncover the hidden treasure.

And if you're looking to make a name for yourself, our ongoing Most Wanted contest is still open! Snap an in-game screenshot of your character, then fill in the poster with a bounty worthy of your reputation.

BYPASSING TWISC...... FUNCTION RETRIEVE (TREASURE HUNT CLUE)...... ACCESS GRANTED...... INJECTING...... avast! set course for pyro! Amidst the roughest Rigs In Dust-choked orbit, there be one that offers no Rest from the Edge. Aye, Cold and unforgiving it be. Hunt it down, and when ye find it, count every piece within the hologram; not the shell, but what lies inside.

We also published a new Roadmap Update, adding the new event Orison Relief Support to Alpha 4.10.1. Looking further ahead to Alpha 4.11, we shared a fresh glimpse of Nyx III's atmosphere, alongside a first look at Lightning Bolt Company's DMR: the Skarnov. Head over to the Release View for the latest on what's currently in the works for Alpha 4.11.

Now let's see what's going on this week:

Later this week, we're targeting the release of Alpha 4.10.1, bringing another round of technical and bug fixes, including fixes to ASOP terminals and ship statuses, a fix for Mendo Ren's HMG spawn issues, and more. You can follow the current PTU updates on Spectrum.

The update will also introduce the Orison Relief Support event, where you'll lend a hand in rebuilding Orison through missions spanning resource gathering, crafting, hauling, and combat. Following your feedback from the PTU, we've significantly reduced the requirements needed to complete the event, while its blueprints have been removed from the reward track and will instead be granted directly to your account. We'll keep hammering on Alpha 4.10.1 in the PTU ahead of its Live release, while work continues on Alpha 4.11.

On Friday, the latest RSI Weekly Newsletter also lands in your inbox. If you’re not subscribed yet, you can sign up at any time through your account settings.

Finally, on Saturday, September 19, we’re heading to Milan, Italy, for another Bar Citizen!
